240 V AC charging — the common home and public station type, typically 7–19 kW.
Level 2 is what most home wall units and public destination chargers use. Power depends on the station and your car's onboard charger, usually somewhere between 7 and 19 kW.
For daily driving, Level 2 is the practical sweet spot: fast enough to refill overnight, slow enough to be easy on the battery.
